Dear guests, to ensure your stay at our accommodation is pleasant and enjoyable and to avoid any misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules and adhere to the following guidelines:
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Check-in is from 14:00 on the day your stay begins. If conditions allow, early check-in may be possible.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 10:00 on the day your stay ends. Upon departure, it is mandatory to inform our hosts.
Peace and Quiet
Guests are kindly asked not to disturb public peace, make noise, or play loud music both inside the accommodation and in the hallway, public stairway, and lobby of the building.
Please respect the quiet hours during the afternoon rest period from 14:00 to 17:00 and the nighttime rest period from 22:00 to 08:00.
Reporting Damage
Guests are required to immediately report any existing damage, malfunctions, or furniture damage to the hosts upon check-in. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the guests caused the damage.
In case of any damage occurring during your stay, please report it to the hosts immediately to facilitate prompt resolution and repair for a more comfortable stay.
Responsibility for Damage
The person under whose name the reservation is made is financially and materially responsible for any damage incurred. Compensation will be charged according to the current repair or replacement costs.
Please take special care of the access card for the building. The loss of the card will incur a charge of 5000 RSD for deleting the old card, programming, and printing a new one.
Access to the Apartment
The host or owner has the right to enter the accommodation without prior notice and in the guest’s absence if there is a justified suspicion that the property or accommodation requires urgent intervention.
Payment
Payment can be made in several ways: via bank transfer, postal order, bank transfer slip, or in person on the day of check-in if the accommodation was booked that day.
Complaints
Hosts at Monero Apartments will not accept complaints regarding unfavorable weather conditions, insects, temporary water outages, or electricity supply issues, or any other circumstances arising from force majeure.
Other complaints will be addressed as quickly as possible, as unforeseen situations can sometimes occur.
We will also strive to provide you with the most pleasant accommodation possible.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their confirmed reservation by calling our phone number or in writing. It is necessary to notify us in a timely manner about the cancellation, and based on the time of cancellation in relation to the check-in date, a partial refund may be granted.
In the case of a paid booking and the guest not showing up, the full price will be charged with no refund of the paid amount.
