These general terms and conditions apply to guests staying at MONERO Apartments. These rules define specific conditions you become acquainted with when making a reservation, aiming to ensure a reliable and clearly defined stay in our apartments.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By reserving an apartment, it will be considered that the guest is fully acquainted with the general terms of our business and agrees to adhere to them without any restrictions. Payment confirms agreement and acceptance of the general terms of using the apartments.

Any violation of these terms may result in material or penal liability for the apartment user. Guests are obliged to use the apartment with the care of a good host and handle all equipment and devices in the apartment carefully.

MONERO Apartments are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of guests. Therefore, we recommend that you carry all valuables and money with you.

2. APARTMENT RESERVATION

Only adults can reserve apartments at Monero. After selecting the desired apartment, contact us to check available dates. You are obliged to provide accurate and verified information necessary to make the reservation.

When making a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required for your and our security. The remaining amount must be paid 7 days before the start of the scheduled term.

For reservations made up to 10 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid. After payment, you will receive a confirmation of the accommodation reservation via email or Viber.

The tourist tax is paid according to the current price list of the Municipality of Vrnjačka Banja for the current year and must be paid into our current account according to the number of persons and the number of days guests stay in the accommodation. It is paid together with the remaining agreed accommodation price.

In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as an accident in the apartment that renders it unusable, Monero Apartments reserve the right to replace the selected apartment with another of equal quality. In such situations, Monero Apartments commit to immediately informing the guests of the newly arisen change.

3. USE OF THE APARTMENT

Apartments cannot be used independently by persons under the age of 18.

Apartment users are obliged to protect the floors, walls, furniture, and all other equipment in the apartment from damage. The arrival, gathering, and stay of persons who are not registered users of the accommodation are prohibited. Users of the apartments are obliged to adhere to the house rules of the building and the apartment.

Users must leave the premises at the agreed time upon the expiration of the contracted and paid period of use and return the apartment to the landlord in an orderly state.

The apartment is rented in the condition seen, with new furniture, devices, and inventory. In case of damage to furniture, equipment, and other items in the apartment or any other damage, the apartment user will immediately compensate the landlord for all material damage that the landlord may suffer. If the landlord is obliged by the competent authorities to pay a fine or face other sanctions with financial consequences due to the actions or omissions of the apartment user, the user must compensate the landlord for the amount of the fine and all costs incurred in the proceedings before the competent authorities (travel expenses, lawyer’s fees, etc.).

The guest commits to informing the MONERO Apartments staff at least one day in advance of the planned arrival time, for the purpose of check-in. At that time, the guest will receive an access card for the accommodation. After that, the apartment is fully available to the guest. In case of later check-in, the guest’s stay cannot be extended.

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, all foreign nationals must be registered at the police station during their stay in the country. They are required to provide the hosts at Monero Apartments with the necessary data or travel document for registration.

4. SHORTENING OR EXTENDING STAY

A guest may shorten their stay, but in that case, the paid amount will not be refunded for the remaining days. If during the reservation period the guest wishes to extend the stay for a few more days, this can be done if conditions allow, that is, if the apartment is available and not reserved for someone else during that period. In such a case, another available accommodation may be offered to the guest.
